I witnessed the female manager, being extremely rude to a elderly customer yelling at her in the lobby, and arguing with her about her order in the lobby in front of every customer there. The elderly lady order was wrong and the lady manger argued with her calling her lair and screaming at her it was very disturbing and very disrespectful.
