“We went to support a fellow church member who was participating in a songwriters round robin singers night that started at 7pm on a Saturday night in downtown Chattanooga. So many very talented Christian music artists shared in 20 minute increments of uplifting songs that they wrote about living life with the saving presence of Jesus Christ in their hearts. “I took my girlfriend here on a date and didn't realize it was jazz night. It was nice to hear live music and didn't really mind. The food was amazing! We ate the salad, salmon, Burger, and carrot cake souffle. Everything was delicious! Our server was very kind and informed the kitchen on the dishes we were splitting and also boxed our leftovers for us. The kitchen may have been very busy because in total we were about a little over an hour and a half. I recommend eating here.“

They were excellent, filling was very flavorful, the dipping sauce was great, and they were cooked perfectly.Tteok-bokki - Fantastic! Very nice flavor with a great building heat as you eat it.Dragon’s Belly Sandwich - Incredible! One of the best things I’ve had in a very long time. Insane flavor. The scallion salad was also a nice fresh and bright addition to cut through the heaviness of the dishes.Dak-Galbi - Fantastic Flavor! I wasn’t able to eat much of it due to the quantity of food we ordered. What I did eat was so good. It had a great building spice that was nice. Can’t wait to eat it as leftovers.Korean Spicy Ramyeon with added egg, kimchi, and pork collar - Wife says, “Extremely flavorful pork broth, kimchi was perfect, and the egg seemed poached instead of fried which made the egg softer” and she added the Hamilton Special sauce. Note for people that can’t handle actual spice be careful of this stuff, we dipped the tip of our chop stick in it and tasted it and at first you feel nothing then 2 secs later your mouth is on fire. So naturally we added it to all our dishes because it also added great flavor not just spice.Korean Fried Chicken with garlic soy sauce - So good and such a huge portion too! When I saw the price of 18 dollars for fried chicken I was a little weary of what would come out, but I can say all concerns faded when I saw the portion. It was all my son could do to eat half of it. I charged a dad tax and sampled his chicken and it was breaded and cooked perfectly. Wasn’t too spicy at all for a kid that doesn’t like spice. I wanted to try the spicier flavors but it was too much food.Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice.Highlight of our visit was either the mother or grandmother cooking in the back came out and asked how the food was and then we had a short 5 minute conversation about the food and she helped us pronounce some of the Korean menu items. “I love that Vibrant Meals is stocked at the downtown YMCA. When I leave my lunch at home or just need something quick before getting back to work, I usually grab a meal to go. They reheat easily and thoroughly. Today, I was bummed because my favorite, the Zesty Lemon Chicken, was already sold out. So, I decided to try something new- the Chicken Enchiladas. Oh man! I may just have a new favorite! Delicious! And thank you for not putting cooked/caramelized onions in this dish!“

Cocktails also were on point.Most of the food was amazingly flavorful: the charred broccoli, tomato toast (which had way more than tomato on it!), and the fire roasted pasta with shrimp. Oh my goodness all of these were so good.The only negative was the flank steak. It’s like it was sous vide for too long or something? We were basically served boiled beef - it was med rare in the middle pieces but totally over on about 25% of it (and zero char/sear). 100% of it was flavorless and water logged. Super disappointing considering how good everything else was. The loaded mashed potatoes were a very tasty surprise.Totally looking forward to our next visit (sans any beef ;).“

“Food is always wonderful! Service is always great. Atmosphere fabulous. My only issue is on one and only one ladies room… between my niece being in potty training process and me having the bladder of a 98 year old chipmunk, we did lots of waiting for the bathroom. (Average busy evening and we were 3-5th in line for both bathroom visits.) Would be good idea to make the two separate bathrooms unisex. And yeah, second trip to the bathroom and I identified as a man to avoid peeing my pants! :)“
“A friend and I had brunch one Sunday afternoon. It was perfect weather to sit outside on their patio area. I had the French Toast Breakfast (pictured) with vanilla cream cheese in the middle of the toast and strawberries ? and their homemade whip cream. It was amazing! Lots of yumminess! To drink, I had the most amazing hot tea ☕️, lavender, and blueberry (pictured). Both of those really complimented each other in taste. Did not put sugar in my tea. It was perfect without it. I mean, look at the pictures and see how beautiful they both look as well. ??❤️??? The tea smelled so good, too.My friend had the Nutella croissant with a cold coffee (forgot the flavor and didn't get a picture of either ?♀️?♀️). But my friend stated it was very good. It looked all good. ?? I will end with we both had great customer service all around! Everyone was so kind and nice, even during the busiest time on a Sunday afternoon. “This is not your typical restaurant, which is why we chose it! They don’t do substitutions! Every thing we had was excellent, portions are on the small side, but it’s the unique menu and the “stone” that was so cool! The octopus was cooked perfectly, and had tons of flavor! My husband had the sirloin on the stone and it tasted more like a fillet, And our friend ordered the bison, which had sweet as it has a blueberry I’m dressing not sure what to call it barbecue sauce… but it was exceptional as well! The service was good but not speedy so come early and before your regular meal time!“

We drove 30 minutes in the rain, got my feet and pants soaked for a mad love to find out I couldn't have one. “I visited Tennessee from Florida with some good friends and they brought me here before covid hit. I absolutely loved the food, the ambience and the music! I love salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton and they were playing the best music I was dancing in my seat the whole time I was eating. When covid hit I was following them on Facebook and the way they hustled and delivered food during covid made me so happy but wish they delivered to Florida LOL! I am coming back in April hopefully and I am definitely going to be coming in at least twice for my small little visit!“
“We drove down from Knoxville for a day of activities in downtown Chattanooga. We found the restaurant by chance and thankful we did. The staff was great and the food even better. The stuffed shrimp was great, we had the daily special of short neck clams which was excellent. We also had the Not Your Ordinary Cheeseballs appetizer, and the honey siracha sauce was a hit at the table. Highly recommend for the food and atmosphere on the river. The ONLY downside was the parking situation in the attached parking lot. $5 to park, $1.99 processing fee, plus tax.. ridiculous.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu options and appropriate atmosphere for kids.“
