I will never go to the location in Pearl, MS again. The customer service is terrible, and the staff is not clean. The woman who took my payment did not wash her hands or wear gloves. I asked did they use gloves or wash their hands after dealing with money, I was advised that they did not use gloves. After that, I requested a refund. The supervisor came out and processed my refund, but both the staff member making the smoothies and the supervisor were disrespectful and began talking...read full review
We love tropical smoothie cafe the food is amazing and the smoothies are amazing and the staff is always friendly! When I want a treat that is my go to place.
Don't go to the one North May in oklahoma city. It has the worst service I have ever experienced.
