“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

“Panera Bread is always an fine neutral place to eat . They have delicious carbs and nice salads . I had the most awkward moment with the gentlemen behind the counter multiple times. I'm so sorry we made the vibes weird . You seemed nice“

“We happened to stop by for dinner on our way through town on a Halloween trivia night, which was a lot of fun! We ordered a Buddha bowl, a miso healthy salad with extra avocado (of course!), and chocolate chip cookies (gluten free!). My husband was able to have a beer or two, which he enjoyed. The food was outstanding and felt so healthy. This spot will be added as one of our favorite spots for cross-country driving. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you to everyone!“

“soooo good! I'm a traveling musician and it's always hard to find good vegan grub on the road but dang this spot was worth the pit stop for sure! I had the fish sandwich and carrot salad and i got one of evey desert they had just ya know.... for the road 😏. 10/10 ...that brownie set a whole new bar. “I always prefer the “made from scratch” & “Mom and Pop” type places instead of the big name restaurants. I happen to be looking at a Chattanooga magazine at my daughter‘s house while visiting last week and ran across a little feature on the Bluegrass Grill. Knowing I would be taking one of my daughters to lunch for her birthday while visiting, this sounded like the perfect place to try. And by golly, it certainly was the perfect place! Both of my daughters and I really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict and were pretty picky about our hollandaise sauce. My three grandsons enjoyed their pancakes and French toast and one took a chance at the jalapeño bacon and loved it. My daughters have lived in the area for several years but neither had been there before. I know they will be back and so will I during future visits! And reading the story behind the grill. What a blessing your history has been to so many people! Thank you for your compassion and your heart’s mission. That made the visit to the Bluegrass Grill even more special! God Bless you all!“

EDIT: November 23rd, 2025 - it's my birthday, and yet again Adam and the Rodizio staff have knocked it out of the park. My husband loves the Hearts of Palm, and though it wasn't out on the bar, Adam went out of his way to get some for us. Kevin (one of the Gauchos) made sure the type of meat we were hoping for was brought around quickly. Awesome experience here every time!“
