“I had an issue with my p/u order last night. The 3 sandwiches I had bought were nothing but bread and cheese mainly. I went in the following day and had spoken to a gentleman named Shaun and had explained the situation he was very pleasant and understanding.he had remade the sandwiches and gave me some advice on what to do the next time my order was incorrect. Workers like him and the gals there that I have dealt with are the reason why I continue to give them my business.“
“I love this place and the people who work here, that being said i found out today that they REMOVED tip option for card purchases, how dare the upper management allow this while working a more than likely minimum wage job. Maybe if the people above the manager made minimum wage maybe they would understand how crucial that part was for the workers.“

“The 2 guys that were working around 6 today were awesome and funny! I was on my route for Amazon today and decided to swing in for a sandwich. I never eat subway because I’ve had bad experiences with service. These guys were pretty cool! Do them a favor and give them a raise because they have awesome customer service!!!“
