I’m am beyond excited that this food truck is literally walking distance of my new house and man is the food here amazing!
Who would think the best bbq within a 50 mile radius (at least as far as I've found) is from a food truck but here we are. Nard's is the only place I've found that actually knows how to make ribs properly in the area. They don't always have everything on hand at any given time and yes that's frustrating but since it's a smaller operation I won't hold that against them. I like their pulled pork plate. I've had quite a few. But today tried their rib plate. Oh my gosh. You can taste the smoke. It's so freaking good.
