I’ve been going to this Chipotle for over a year and every time I’ve had the opportunity to get my food from there, I’ve always had a good experience with both the food and service. The coworkers are very polite as well as the management, and also very professional. Great Tex-Mex East of Texas. Smaller portions since the humble beginnings in Colorado
Clean, friendly and fast service.
Problem, food over salted, very bad on a regular base.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers friendly, speedy service and a convenient drive-through lane. The restaurant is fairly new and clean, with a straightforward layout from the front doors to the ordering counter. The pulled pork is highly recommended, and customers often enjoy the green Tabasco sauce. Many visitors appreciate the drive-thru pickup option for quick service, especially when they want a quick bite and don’t want a sandwich. The staff is generally kind and polite, with many speaking Spanish, so patience and respect are encouraged. The restaurant has received positive comments about the food's consistency and value, with some noting that the food is always excellent and the crews are fast and friendly. While the service is good, there are some concerns about hygiene practices, such as gloves not always being changed after handling potentially dirty items. Overall, it provides a good dining experience with some room for improvement in cleanliness.
