“Went by earlier today, probably around 1:30. Staff was very welcoming, acted like they wanted you there. There was an error in order caught after I got where I was going and manager was great. I went by after 5:00 to pick up what was left off and the staff there were NOT amenable at all. Didn't greet me, not one of them even smiled. Manager came out, said the previous manager told him what happened after I asked and he took care of it but threw away my receipt. When I asked for it, I waited for several minutes and never got it. So if you go go before 5. Wish I could remember the manager and the person that helped me earlier. They were great! Difference between night and day between them and the staff there now.“
“We live in Locust Grove, where we have a BK. It's a new one as well. However we will drive 20 mins away for fresh, friendly, clean, and efficient service. Griffin location always greets with a smile. Locust Grove is rancid oil causing the food to taste like chemicals, food is always prepared like slop, foul crappy attitudes.“
