“The customer service is a hit or miss here. You'll get great service one day then the next horrible service. The food is the same way especially the burgers . They're either gonna be lukewarm and made sloppy with a bunch of mayo all over the place or a so so made one.“
“I went to this burger king before PT and my food was super fresh and amazing. One young lady was working the counter at the time name Dazah (hope it’s spelled right) and her customer service was amazing. I went back are my appt to get sandwiches for the kids and this young lady was then training new employees with patience and kindness to the new staff and the customers. They made my sandwiches fresh but forgot the bacon on them. Dazah went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and fixed and ensured I remained updated through the process. This is some of the best service I’ve had a a fast food restaurant in a while. Emotional intelligence at its finest!!!! Thank you Dazah and I hope this company notices your hard work!“
“Went through the drive-thru to pick up a few burgers for my father and I. I did not wait long to place my order, but was told that part of what I wanted to order was no longer available (discontinued) - which was disappointing, but hey, what can you do. Overall, the service was quick and the food was hot, well-made, and tasty.“
