Update😿: this last time was not so friendly. The male in drive thru was on his phone the entire time. He simply reached out with open hand for my payment... not stating how much or even a greeting.
Didn't give my drink until after the meal was handed out. Could've been sipping my drink while waiting.
Gave my meal, drink, receipt & card with one hand, without a word to me. While still chatting on the phone with the other hand, he simply shut the window. No greeting, no asking if I need condiments, not one word!
Was NOT busy as I was the only customer inside or out.
Update: after frequenting the DQ closet to home several times... I returned here and just like before...

U get assembled food, not slapped together in hast. Just look at my burger pics!
I ate the cheese curds before photographing, they were piping hot and the crispy thin breading was addictive... teeheehee“

“Let me start off by saying I am not one for Facebook or any media but at big Jim’s restaurant The food was great and service was great also. My family and I came up to eat Thursday 75 cent night they were understaffed, but they did a great job. But from my understanding they were very understaffed at the moment from what I heard they haven’t been busy like that in a Thursday night in weeks, which is understandable you put people where they are needed. Our server was amazing, but the owner had called and said some really rude things to her to make her cry, that is unacceptable, she did an amazing job and if we come back I hope to see here their again. Also when we were paying the amount of times the owner called to complain about something he saw on a camera instead of being there, you have a good staff, treat them like it. I was amazed by the staff and how they could work together under that situation when the constant calls from the boss. Yes it did get a little rough for a couple of minutes but I believe the kitchen and the servers did a fantastic job, including the Lady at the register. So I would like to say Thank you and y’all did a fantastic job tonight.“

“Food & service is usually good. Today, my JBC didn't have any bacon on it. Also, shouldn't a Baconator have more than 1 piece of bacon broke in 3 pieces? Isn't the reason it's called a Baconator because it's supposed to have a lot of bacon on it?“

“Food was great! kudo to the cook! Destiney at the bar was great! What I did observed was the bar got crowded and watch one couple walk out due to service. Manager should've scaned the floor to see what was going on, I did not see that happen.“
