“New owners now,hope they don't use the same recipe on there food,lemon pepper tasted like a box of salt and pure lemon needs tweeking a bit.try 1 min less on those tiny wings,way over cooked and hard.hang in there your food and customers will build up over time,consider suggestions. Frys were a bit over cooked,turned out soggy in those bags,just dump them in the tray,save your money and try a little salt.“

“Let me start off by saying I am not one for Facebook or any media but at big Jim’s restaurant The food was great and service was great also. My family and I came up to eat Thursday 75 cent night they were understaffed, but they did a great job. But from my understanding they were very understaffed at the moment from what I heard they haven’t been busy like that in a Thursday night in weeks, which is understandable you put people where they are needed. Our server was amazing, but the owner had called and said some really rude things to her to make her cry, that is unacceptable, she did an amazing job and if we come back I hope to see here their again. Also when we were paying the amount of times the owner called to complain about something he saw on a camera instead of being there, you have a good staff, treat them like it. I was amazed by the staff and how they could work together under that situation when the constant calls from the boss. Yes it did get a little rough for a couple of minutes but I believe the kitchen and the servers did a fantastic job, including the Lady at the register. So I would like to say Thank you and y’all did a fantastic job tonight.“

“My daughter was sick and I last minute decided to swing by Bog Chic and grab some food. It was crazy busy but the lady helping us was so nice, smiled the whole time. Food was great, and I even had to eat later and the chicken warned up was great. Nothing sounded good to my daughter to eat, but once she smelled the fried okra she was wanting to eat.She ate the whole order of okra before we got home.“

“I did DoorDash pick up and my app decided when I was picking my food up was a great time to not work. The employee (didn’t catch her name) was nice and patient with me about the whole thing, and even helped me out to confirm my order.

The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. “We love their pizzas but usually get it to go, so I don't have a lot of current experience with dining in. I don't feel right about giving them five stars for dining in this past year. But when we did eat there, the service was very good. Take out service is excellent.“

“I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. Drive-thru associates (Daniel & a girl that starts with "A") were so pleasant and the food today is the best I have gotten at ANY Zaxby's in a couple years! Do yourself a favor...forget about the past service and give them another chance!“

“My only complaint is how dirty the building is becoming, especially since it's fairly new. Especially around the druve thru area, windows, doors, inside as well. Everything needs a deep cleaning. The food is always great and the people are nice, just needs to be cleaned.“

“I went in today to get our order and have to say I was very impressed with a Mr. Lonnie. He had a disgruntled customer that accidentally called out the wrong name for the order and was getting quite angry. However, Mr Lonnie handled himself very professionally.If I were a manager I'd want him to handle all my orders.All the food came out fast and was very delicious so good on kitchen staff as well.“
