“Firstly the five stars strictly is thanks to JAEL!!! Customer service from her was spot on! As a property manager I would love to have her on my team as patience, upbeat, genuinely helpful and being knowledgeable are top tier and wanted in my line of work. Her coffee suggestion won me over and she seemed so delighted to help me find a new favorite coffee combo. Establishment was and is always clean, staff are always pleasant but today Jael really was that girl! I recognized her greeting from an order I made two weeks ago while in the drive through but today I was finally able to put a face to the upbeat employee. Coffee was excellent, donuts weren’t stale and Ms.Jael is whom I hope to get every time I come in. I hope she reads this. Ma’am you were such a delight, it’s rare I get great customer service since being stationed here in GA.“

“Four stars for overall service. I haven't been to a McDonald's in years, and I actually went here for my wife's Sunday school class. I quit going to McDonald's years ago for several reasons but one reason was I never received full order and the service was always horrible. This visit is actually received my full order with decent service.“

“This place is so good. We were going to go to First Watch, but the wait was an hour and forty-five minutes so we decided to come here. The bagels are from New York according to the nice man who took our order, and you can tell they all work closely and well together. The food was DELICIOUS. I got a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with chives & onion cream cheese. I also got a Harvest Matcha Latte, and I'm very particular with my matcha. I was very pleased to say the least. My friend ordered the SDK Colada along with the avocado toast. She was very happy & thought the food was good too. Now, the place is slightly expensive.. but I would say definitely recommend & worth it.“

“Updated post: Customer service reached out and made it as right as they could and I appreciate that. Let it be known though, closing early is not a great idea simply because this location has been home to many different businesses. You close at 6pm. See it through. My fav drink is matcha frappe with vanilla cold foam! Delicious!!!!
Original post: Just got to the location at 5:50pm waited in line no one ever came to the window, got out and they were shutting everything down. I waited at the intercom for five minutes. Unacceptable service.“
