The store has a great atmosphere, and the whole place was clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The staff were also really friendly, welcoming, and attentive. “No one is perfect so 4 is the best you can get. The sandwich was good. 1st one I have had since upgrade in meat. Service was good. Young man making sandwiches was very attentive despite the company inspector in his way. It was busy dinner time and she was in the way. I understand the need for inspection but not at a busy meal time. Not much on atmosphere. Was clean, as always. Tables are too small and not very steady. Needs some nice music, not screaming, to make waiting a little nicer. Husband was upset that
the cold cut had been discontinued.“

“The food was great. I love Firehouse subs and will choose them over Subway any day. Some locations offer the ability to sit outside but this location is attached to a shopping center and has little space for too many people. The person who took our order was chewing gum and smacking it while talking to us but overall wasn't rude. We did have to go back and ask for our cups as they were forgotten.
Nothing will stop me from eating here however. The Engineer is my favorite sandwich there.“

“I was a little confused by my experience. I ordered a scoop of chicken salad and asked if I could purchase a large bowl of pasta salad, but I was told that wasn't something they could do. I just ordered the regular pasta salad instead. When I got my to-go order, the pasta salad was placed in the compartment of the container instead of in a separate bowl like it is when I dine in. It looked like a smaller portion, so I'm wondering: are the dine-in and to-go portions supposed to be the same? You can see in the picture how small that portion is.“

“I actually had quit eating at Subway years ago because it seemed all of the owners were rude no matter what location, and they would try to short you on everything . But for some reason, that day, I wanted a subway sub. So I went to the recent reviews of all of the ones around me and saw this subway actually had decent ratings. I now know why. THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE ,!!! They didn't skip on the meat and toppings, and the bread was fresh. It was simply one of the best subway sandwiches I've ever had. I'll definitely be back !!! “This is the best Subway in Griffin. I've been to this location several times and my sandwich is always delicious. The bread is super soft, the toppings are crisp and fresh , unlike some of the other locations. It doesn't take much to keep everything fresh and clean so that your customers with come back because of excellent customer service. Go visit the Subway on the highway across from Walmart.“

Only down fall is the location is right there at nightmare 75?This is one of the good ones. They accept company Subway coupon flyers.“

Much better under new management the old owner was a pain in the Ass and be careful because he now worked in the Subway by Wells Fargo, Burger King, Ihop, Staples Area In Fayetteville Ga only difference he's not the owner there.“

“Order placed via app. Store was very clean. The two ladies working were amazing and worked very well together. Bread is fresh and soft! Order instructions followed perfectly!

Parking: 2 handicap spots very close to the door. Plenty of other parking spots available in front of and behind the building.

Kid-friendliness: Can't go wrong with pizza!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wonderful accessibility, alone or accompanied. Staff is attentive and aware.“

“Each time I visit this Subway, you can see the attention to wanting to keep the food fresh. There is someone always busy slicing vegetables and preparing. The bread is always fresh along with fresh cookies. The sandwich makers are attentive and always ask what you want.
Dining in is much like any other Subway in the area not very many places to sit down inside.
Overall I will keep visiting this Subway because of the attention they give to each customer!“
