“Happy Camper has some of the best healthy breakfast food I've had. I really don't like typical breakfast foods, but their handpies sold in coffee shops around Atlanta are the perfect blend of healthiness and deliciousness. The southwest handpie is my favorite - gluten free and vegan!“

“Nice small bakery, good customer service, the empanadas were delicious 😋 I just wished the place had at least one table with chairs so I could eat with my family there, the do have 2 little round tables with no chairs at all. The decoration in the place is very plain.“

Both ladies were kind and friendly, interacting in conversation with me and happy dispositions. I was relaxing during my layover and the drinks were wonderful, best tasting margaritas I ever had and they made the atmosphere very pleasant.

Delicious vegan bakery/patisserie, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and the owners spent a lot of time talking with us. When we mentioned their support for Farm of the Free Animal Sanctuary they said they're planning a fundraiser for them next month. I love the vegan community here!“

“I don't know what sorcery was used to create their GF donuts, but it makes me think anything is possible. If you're a GFer who wants a donut you actually have to open your mouth all the way to eat, this is the place. No more insulting baby donuts!!! This donut is adult-sized and the texture is UNREAL. Seriously, I've had non-GF donuts (in a past life) that don't compare to Salty's GF ones. I'm considering moving cities just so I can be close to a Salty's. Only downside is that it'll ruin all other donuts for ya. You've been warned!“

“Try everything! I recently had their beef pattie. Very untraditional pattie shape which I like. I usually go for the double chocolate doughnut. If you want to try and not spend a lot they sell the day olds at half off. Definitely recommend just trying everything they make tho.“

“The line stays out the door on the weekends, and for good reason. Evergreen’s pastries are on point. I tried 5 different pastries and would recommend every single one. They had 3 different pumpkin pastries (during the fall) for the basic bishes (I got all three). Their meat pies are stuffed. Want vegetables? Go elsewhere; here, it is about bread, meat, and sweets. They have vegetarian options, but it’s a butcher shop, so set expectations accordingly. The prices are totes worth it.

There is no seating indoors or outdoors, but Evergreen is located in the Kirkwood retail area, so grab a pastry and go for a lil walk. The area is cute and safe. Dress is casual, or however you want to look walking around.

There is easily accessible free street parking, and there is also unofficial stroller parking in front of the shop. There were 3 strollers lined up out front. One mother jokingly asked her baby if she wanted to stay outside in the stroller while she went into Evergreen. Guess she feels super safe in the area or is over the kid. Who knows?“

“The owner is a lovely lady who is passionate about her cakes! She and her husband learned their skills from years of training in Japan. Their ingredients are pure and simple, which, surprisingly creates a complex array of tastes that you get from each bite. Hands down the best Mille Crepe cakes I’ve ever had! The lavender is so amazingly delicate and light. The red velvet is unique, with a strong coffee & chocolate flavor combined with velvety cream cheese layers. The Dulce de Leche is just spot on and definitely recommended for those who like their pastry sweeter. The matcha has an authentic Japanese flavor, delicate and not too sweet.
I’ll be coming back to try the other flavors!

When we walked in on Saturday, March 22nd, around 4:30 PM, the young lady at the counter was glued to her phone, giving off the clear impression that we were inconveniencing her by simply being there. If that was her goal, mission accomplished.

I’m not here to judge how someone was raised, but when it comes to running a business, customer service matters. If the owner or management reviews the security footage (assuming they have one), they’ll see exactly why this employee needs serious coaching on basic client experience skills. And if she isn’t willing to grow, honestly, I wouldn’t have her working for me even for free—let alone on payroll.

Running a business is tough, and rent isn’t cheap. Hiring people with an “I’m lucky to have this job” mindset instead of an “You’re lucky I showed up” attitude is crucial. Unfortunately, the latter mentality is all too common these days.

As much as I love these cookies, I won’t be back. Dealing with attitude-filled people is already part of daily life—I’m certainly not paying for the experience on my day off.“

“Sasha Sweets made 3 10" tower cakes for my daughter's wedding. They were ahhhmazing!! The cakes were so moist and fluffy!! The icing just melted in your mouth!! This will be my go to sweet spot when in ATL!“

“My favorite bakery in Atlanta! I have been to this spot 5 times now and never had a bad pastry or drink. Highly recommend the egg and cheese Sammy, the croque monsieur, and the pistachio chocolate croissant. My daughter loves any and all of their scones. The oat milk latte is smooth.“

“Go for the coffee, stay for the mushroom quiche. Theres a certain level of expectation that comes from neighborhood coffee shops in nicer parts of Atlanta, sure. What's not necessarily expected is people who enjoy their job and who serve exquisite morning pastries. This mushroom quiche took a normal morning at a coffee shop and turned it into a memorable occurrence. I will now crave this pastry in the recesses of my mind: it has forever raised the bar for breakfast dining. I recommended to the very nice owners that they keep serving this pastry.

I tried lots of it though it was breakfast?
The sandwiches were so fresh and yummy as well as coffee was very nice, I got latte with almond milk.
I ordered Portobello and Smoky Turkey paper for sandwiches.

I would really suggest the twice baked almond croissant among them.
It’s really crispy and full taste of almond.

I would definitely revisit soonest to try other menus?

I am from Florida and was having a birthday event in GA, I found her information online and was nervous since I didn’t have a chance for a tasting, but the risk was worth it. And Osharr was easy to work with, accommodating and responsive.“
