“I've been to this restaurant a couple times. The food is always great! The pasta, Panini's and cheese balls are all amazing. I live in Canada, I left my phone at the table and boarded my flight. The folks at this restaurant let me know they had my phone and made arrangements to get it back to me, I'm beyond grateful. Southern hospitality is so REAL!!!“

“I loved the entire experience. It was my 1st time trying suger Shane’s and I wanted a sweet treat for my birthday. The owner Mike was such a sweet heart and decorated my order in a birthday box and even gave me a deal . THE COOKIES ABSOLUTELY SMACK .. S’mores , cookies n cream, and that FRUITY PEBBLE ONE was amazing. Keep crumbl cookie , I’ll be at Sugar Shane’s.“

“I was going to give four stars because they were out of fudge dipped waffle bowls and only had the Halloween themed overly sprinkled waffle bowls HOWEVER she made a mistake and thought I wanted the fudge dipped waffle cone which I didn’t, but I became a fan of the fudge dipped waffle cone on this night so all is well lol“
“Proof of the Pudding catered our Office Welcome Reception, and everything was fantastic! Everyone at the Reception raved about the food. The catering team was attentive and friendly. The day of the event, Kamaya, Erin, and Natalia did an amazing job setting up and making sure service was smooth. I felt like I could relax and enjoy the event because they had everything under control! I worked with Nicole leading up to the event and she was fantastic. Always quick to respond to all of my questions and accommodating changes leading up to the event. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Proof of the Pudding for events!“

“Volunteering at new life church around the corner and wanted bbq on a Saturday. This place came up near with good reviews. My 1st time, I tried the ribs & fried wings. Wanted more grilled options, but the brisket was sold out. Connected to a gas station. Plenty of parking, adequate restrooms, nice cashier, straight forward simple menu with great options we all like. Order meat separately from sides. No combo options displayed-all A la carte. Easily make any combo. Nice smoked grill smell coming from the back.
Wings-10/10 great price and portion. Great flavor throughout to the bone. I would reduce the seasoning added on top as it was a bit too salty. I would order these again. Good thin fries and southern okra.
Rib tips-10/10 great price and portion. Not too over seasoned, Chef allowed the meat to stand out. Perfect thick cuts of tips and perfect tenderness. Visible smoke layer on the meat which was perfect with a little crust crunch. You can put this picture in a magazine. Great job Chef on these A1 meaty rib tips.
Mac & Cheese- looked great. My wife said it didn’t have much flavor. I couldn’t try it-lactose intolerant
Green Beans- I can tell it’s seasoned without meat. I actually prefer canned green beans with just salt and pepper instead of these seasonings. Felt more like a $3 side instead of $4
Coleslaw-when I got home 30 minutes away the coleslaw was warm, which made me question was it not cold when I purchased it or was it because it was placed around the hot items that it became warm in transit. It was fair tasting, could have been colder and more vibrant on the appearance.
Baked Beans-10/10 I can tell that they were cooked a while to allow the flavor to marinate and these beans were perfect with the barbecue and fried chicken, fries, and okra. The light bread was good too, but I do like good cornbread.
Didn’t see any desserts. Good meats and fair prices. I’m sure they do well catering. I’d like for them to upgrade the overall aesthetic/signage; Outside banner, inside decoration, catering highlight area upgrade. Upgrades cost, which may mean their prices may have to increase, but with the quality of food, the aesthetic should match and it’s pretty plain outside and inside. I asked to speak to the owner/chef because the rib tips and wings with fries, okra, and baked beans were simply delicious. I didn’t try the other sides until I got home. Everyone was nice and felt like family. I support this place, recommend and will come back.“

“I absolutely loooved everything I have ordered from P&P Catering! I have had the amazing Sweet Potato Pound Cake and the Bread Pudding just last week, and they are to live for!! If you like cookies and cream, try the Cookies n Cream Cake Jar. You won’t regret it! My personal favorite is the Plantain Bread 🤤! Highly recommended!!!“

Each meal was amazing and the kitchen was spotless after. 10/10 highly recommend this chef. There’s not enough superlatives to describe the delicious meals Khaliq carefully and intentionally crafted for us. “We crave fried catfish on a regular basis; my husband is from Mississippi, where catfish rules! NO CHIX ALLOWED serve’s mouthwatering, perfectly prepared, fresh, fried catfish and steak fries! It is scrumptious! We will be stopping by every Friday night to start our weekend. Next time, we might try some fresh tilapia or salmon —in addition to another order of catfish. We chose the SEXY COOL DIPPING SAUCE, and that a winner, too! NO CHIX ALLOWED is located in THE FOOD HUB at Sam’s Crossing on E Ponce de Leon in Avondale Estates. Take out only. GIVE THEM A TRY! Your stomach will thank you!“
“We are now using Figs & Honey at Home. The food is absolutely delicious. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend the gouda mac 'n' cheese, the honey pork loin with bacon, sausage tortellini and chicken cordon bleu. Each serving actually suffices for two meals so it's a good deal!“

“I drove 3 hours one way to get the soup ( I ordered peanut butter soup with goat meat). The whole time I was driving I couldn't help but wonder if it was worth it. Well it was, this was hands down the best soup I've ever tasted and I've tasted alot. The amount was a great quantity too, my family and I ate to satisfaction and I was able to freeze the rest came out to shoot 12 servings. Whenever in town, please check them out. Service was exceptional and the owner is very kind and responsive, he will make your food to your liking. And also for the quantity of food you get, you can't beat the price. We are definitely going back to try the other dishes.“

“I learned that GWCC is the biggest center in North America , probably the reason why World Poultry expo is held there annually. Huge is an understatement, but the facilities are really great and location is very accessible . It is with the city center and within waking distance to a lot of tourist spots . All is Well“
“My husband and I had our wedding at King Plow and worked with Bold Catering and Bold Design. We worked with Caroline on the Catering side and Jessica on the Design side. The entire experience of working with them was a wonderful. They were so patient and really helped make our wedding day what we had envisioned. Caroline had great ideas about how to make use of the space and what foods would be crowd pleasers. Jessica was wonderful to collaborate with and really created a beautiful space and floral arrangements. Highly recommend working with Bold Catering & Design!“
