What I did not expect was how Amazing the Catering would be. The staff was very friendly yet professional and they worked and moved so graceful. I saw carrot soufflé on the menu and took a small scoop but quickly sent my husband back for seconds. The Kahlua whipped cream for the fresh fruit was amazing! and during cocktail hour the smoked salmon mousse was to die for. The staff served and cleaned and were never in the way but always present. “I learned that GWCC is the biggest center in North America , probably the reason why World Poultry expo is held there annually. Huge is an understatement, but the facilities are really great and location is very accessible . It is with the city center and within waking distance to a lot of tourist spots . All is Well“

“While the customer service was ok, the counters were unkempt. Food bins appeared to be stacked on each other. Perhaps they were already used but it made the area messy. Also, workers need to watch when they are bringing a new fresh bin if food out to place in the food warmers because whatever's on the bottom can trickle off into your food. The condensation of water or the bits of food that are on the counter when they place the bin down. Yuck. They should NEVER carry things over and open container of customer food.“
