What I did not expect was how Amazing the Catering would be. The staff was very friendly yet professional and they worked and moved so graceful. I saw carrot soufflé on the menu and took a small scoop but quickly sent my husband back for seconds. The Kahlua whipped cream for the fresh fruit was amazing! and during cocktail hour the smoked salmon mousse was to die for. The staff served and cleaned and were never in the way but always present. My only regret is not living in GA to order on a regular, but I will have to figure out how to get them to the west coast. Job well done Step by Step everything was perfect from start to finish.“

“I learned that GWCC is the biggest center in North America , probably the reason why World Poultry expo is held there annually. Huge is an understatement, but the facilities are really great and location is very accessible . It is with the city center and within waking distance to a lot of tourist spots . All is Well“
