“Proof of the Pudding provided a FANTASTIC meal for our daughter’s wedding at the Carlos Center. From start to finish they were professional, accommodating and provided a lot of cuisine choices. Our tasting was so much fun and the food was fantastic. The wedding guests kept going back for more food and raved about the cuisine. They even made sure to send the wedding couple off with a cooler of food and wine for their hotel room. Roxanna and Eric were true professionals and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They both went above and beyond when we had to let our day of planner go 1 week before the event. Roxanna took over some of the responsibilities of the absent planner and made sure our daughter’s wedding and reception went perfectly. Would HIGHLY recommend Proof of the Pudding.“
