“My wife and I have eaten here several times. Tonight was, as times before, an enjoyable experience. The food was exceptional as was the service. We watched as the servers worked together to keep everything running smoothly. We give a thumbs up to all of the staff. We highly recommend 329 Bar and Grill. Just what Hartwell needs.“

“Well this is definitely not The Ritz, but if you want a good southern style breakfast for very little money, this is your spot. Hours are very limited, I don’t think they are open on the weekend, and I think they closed at 10:30 am on day we went (Monday). However you can get 2 eggs (any style), bacon or sausage, grits and toast for < $5. They also have a good selection of omelets, pancakes and other breakfast foods. Service is a little slow as the is only one rather elderly waitress and probably only 2 or possibly 3 employees the times I have been there. Don’t ask for a latte or anything fancy here, but you will probably get a good meal that won’t dent your wallet.“

“I discovered this hotel while looking for a quiet escape for Valentine’s weekend. Based on the photos and limited reviews I was under the impression that it had a big lake and romantic views. Upon arrival I saw that the reality was different from what I was expecting, since it was already late and we were tired I didn’t say anything to the lady that checked us in. The next morning we came down and talked to Cody about our disappointments, he listened patiently and then searched for possible solutions, we got lucky that Philp canceled a reservation at their nearby Cabin, so Cody transferred us to this beautiful Cabin in the woods which was more than we could ever have wanted to have a magical and peaceful Valentine’s Weekend. We also ordered the Valentine’s Dinner from the restaurant “Waterfall Grille” and it was personally delivered by Cody, the food was excellent. I have to confess that after the initial displeasure I saw no possibility for me to give 5 stars to this place, but Cody went above and beyond to make this a complete turn around and we finished our trip to North Georgia on a very happy note… After departing we had “Cabin withdrawal” for the next 2 days!“

“Couple of days ago we went to get our stuff out. We were tired driving from nc to sc but soon as we got there everything changed . Mr. Paul greeted us with so much respect, understanding. Answered all of our questions, helped us. While waiting another costumer showed up. He was greeted with respect also. Mr. Paul took care of us as other workers from this storage didn’t , especially when you call and they pretty much hang up on you while pretending to answer your question. Mr. Paul is a pro , if I could I would leave Tenn stars for him. He’s so respectful , helpful, cheerful and so nice. Not only as a worker but as a human . Thank you Mr. Paul for the great experience, understanding and help . Because of you we know we made the right choice getting this storage units . Yall need to promote this guy ! He’s the BEST ! Overall the storages are clean , spacious and climatized .“

“Fish and chicken were not greasy. They were cooked just right. Hot and hush puppies were soft enough for my 88 year old mother in law to eat. The corn was excellent. Clean restaurant and the employees were friendly and attentive. We've returned several times and have experienced consistently hot tasty food, excellent service, and a clean environment.“
