Terrible service at the Fairhope Alabama location. Waited 10 minutes in the drive though (I was the only car) only to be shorted all the ranch I asked for (the main reason I went there in the first place). Then had to drive all the way back to get what i ordered. Nearkg an hour total i will spend on this meal. I was also told I couldn’t put the shredded cheese that comes on the sandwich on my fries as well. What? Whatever. You need employees that actually pay attention and care....read full review
