I ordered online, but I forgot to customize the chicken sandwiches. I am allergic to mayonnaise! I called the Popeyes restaurant and spoke to a very cordial, highly cooperative young lady. She made the change to my order. When I arrived to pick it up, I found out her name is Janessa. She is a wonderful asset to Popeyes. She got my order correct and now I don't have to worry about my allergy. Not only that, the place was immaculately clean. Thanks, Janessa! Thanks, Popeyes!

Great customer service! Have had bad experiences previously (not at this location) and have been weary to even try it again. I’m so glad I did. This may just become one of our favorites now. The crew working was great and we truly enjoyed the food!
