“Today, I made the mistake of placing an online order 40 minutes away at this location since it was the last one I had ordered from. Upon realizing this, I immediately called and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. She told me she would call her boss and see what we could do about a cancellation and refund as it wouldn’t be worth the 40 minute trip there just for the sandwich. She quickly called me back and let me know that her boss was on the way up there to void out my order and that my refund should be back on my card ASAP. The customer service was amazing and the fact that the boss drove up there on her off day to handle this for me was outstanding. They really didn’t even have to do anything as I am the one who made the mistake but they did and was so sweet about it. Thank yall again !!!!!!!!!“
“This is my 1st time visting this location and I felt so bad for the young man who was verbally attacked with nasty words from a customer who was upset because he couldn't use a coupon? How the ever, the young man did not respond to the insults and still provided the nasty customer excellent customer service. This location was clean, the food looked fresh and they have the double chocolate chip cookies? so I definitely will be back? A+“
“The staff at this location works really well as a team and the assistant manager is eagerly working right alongside them. Everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I ordered a footlong turkey combo, nothing spectacular, but it was made perfect to the T with fresh ingredients.“
“Alright, so I'm bored, and I plan on reviewing every place in Hinesville. This is hands down THE subway to go to! I come here on my lunch breaks, and the service has been phenomenal every single time. The workers are always super nice. 10/10“
