“Our waitress was the black woman. She had to serve 4 booths with 2 people in them and 2 people in single chairs. Then she had to help make food, clean dishes, refill drinks, remake coffee. Doing all of this while the other two white female employees sat in the back talking and laughing. She couldn’t even serve us properly because they forced her to do ALL the work. They say racism is over but apparently at the Waffle House at New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, it’s ALIVE AND WELL. I saw no other reason for why they treated the lady like that and made her do all the work for the hour and 30 minutes my Aunt and I sat to eat there. PLEASE DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!
The food was great and our server was awesome despite the circumstances!!“

“I usually don’t go into Waffle House expecting much, but this visit truly exceeded my expectations! Our server—Jamie, I believe—was absolutely phenomenal. I was in a rough mood when I arrived, but her warm smile and exceptional service completely turned my day around. She brought such a positive attitude that was impossible to miss. A true bright light and a fantastic experience! Thank you, Jamie for brightening my day. 🫶“

“To start I have been a huge fan of Waffle House since my youth in the 60's when my Dad and I would visit I am now 70. My children and my grand children all love Waffle House and visit often as they can. While all your staff are very professional and pleasant to be around one in particular stood out in my opinion. Alexis Harris, at the Hogansville location, has been my waitress on many occasions and I was surprised to find out she was not management. She made me feel right at home and was ever helpful to all the staff and customers. Answering questions from co workers and customers alike. She is very knowledable, energetic, but not chaotic, taking it all in stride with a sincere greeting and a smile. I can see her as a shift leader or other management position, as I said it surprised me to find out she wasn't all ready. Any way thank you all for a wonderful visit every time.“
