“My company had Susto's catered for our Monthly luncheon. Everyone raved about how great it all was and how everything tasted. There was great variety to make everyone happy. The different salsa's were a big hit along with the fresh guacamole and pico you can tell was made with love. The amount was perfect for our group. The delivery of the food was right on time. She notified us when she was on her way and setup everything so quickly and efficiently. She was so nice and helpful with getting it all laid out perfectly and so sweet to deal with. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their catering for your next event but also their restaurant is a great little spot with amazing food and so cozy and fun.“

“First time stopping at this location. We came at lunchtime. Walked in, and there was a line of eight or so people. It moved quickly, and we had our food out in about 10 minutes. The cashier was super friendly. Our food was hot and fresh. Pictured is the wings and things meal with sweet and spicy boneless wings. Also, the cobb salad with friend chicken. It normally comes with fried onion straws and tomato, but I chose to remove those items and substitute extra egg and extra cheese. My salad was huge and plenty of each item. This location has 100% on their recent health score, which you don't see as often as you'd like. Fast food, friendly and clean! Will be back.“

“Today was our first time eating at Willie’s. We ate at the location on Woodward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was very good. We both got the taco salad with ground beef and it was just it was so good. It was so very good. We both got guacamole on top of our taco salad. I wish we had gotten a separate order of guacamole because it was good. It was all very good. The managers name was Charlie. He was just a very nice man, a good manager, the people that work there seem to be very happy with their jobs, which I believe is important to the success of the restaurant. We are about 40 miles from our home so I’m not sure we will ever make it back here, but I’m going to look for a closer location because the food is just that good.“

Restaurant was packed but I had have the Memphian again! Staff working hard to get customers served. Considering how busy they were, I received my dine in order fairly quickly. Once again, I loved the sandwhich.

1st time visit on Saturday September 26, 2025 at about 12:15 pm. Ordered to-go. $24.00 dollar order.

I would like to preface by saying the food was excellent - Memphian and Turkey BLT.

Was surprised to see no one dining in and that I was never greeted. The counter employees didn't really seem happy to be working or that they had a customer in their presence. Rule #1 - acknowledge the presence of a customer and make them feel welcome.

“The staff members are super. Most, if not all locations have tried to accommodate my individual requests that aren't offered on the menu, even when ordering online and picking up at the window. I drink half and half Coke zero and regular Coke but it's not offered that way on the menu. They offer a lemonade and tea mixture but there are no customization options with other beverages. The Chick-fil-A staff have always tried to accommodate my requests, so for that they get 5 stars!“

“As a KSU student who prefers to do schoolwork away from home, this is a regular spot for me. Gets busier and tends to be a bit louder during the lunch hour, but a great place to work with a laptop. I don't typically eat full meals here, as the menu is not very attractive to me, as well as pricey, but sometimes treat myself to a pastry along with a drink. When I have had a meal, the food is average. A good study spot if that's your kind of thing, and will often see other students doing the same.“

“Today, I took my kids to Chick-fil-A Towne Lake to pick up a quick lunch, while we were out running errands. We ordered through the app, for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered quickly & the staff member who brought it to us was friendly, as they always are. When we got home & opened the bag, I realized that there were 2 chicken sandwiches in there, instead of the 2 nuggets that I ordered. My order has never been wrong from this location (or any other CFA) & that’s a miracle b/c we hit this place up at least twice a week on average! 😂🐷🤷🏻‍♀️ Understanding that mistakes happen, although CFA rarely makes a mistake, I called to see if I could come back & exchange the 2 sandwiches for nuggets (my kids won’t eat the Lord’s chicken sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♀️). Scott, the operator of this location, answered & told me that he would bring the nuggets to my house! Shocked, I told him that I really didn’t mind coming back, but he insisted & arrived at my front door 5min later with a huge smile & a bag of nuggets for my kids, along with a little extra treat 🍪 for them. Thanks, Scott & CFA Towne Lake for the great food & excellent customer service! 🙏🏻“
