“I’ve been to this location a few times on my lunch break. The food is nice, but I do find it to be a little overpriced. The staff is always kind and it is easy to place an online order. My biggest issue is the teriyaki sub that I normally get. Although it is tasty, it is so so so hard to eat. The way they organize the ingredients on the sandwich, makes it hard to eat. Once you pick it up, it completely falls apart which is a bummer. If they fixed that, it would be great.“

The manager that was working the line was amazing tonight. He jumped off the line to help us and back on the line to help his team without skipping a beat. I wanted a plain burger with five patties.(Kiosk only allowed me to order a triple) He didn't hesitate to take my order and jump back with his team. The multi tasking I saw is incredible. The guy has some skills. Blin hospitality, customer service, cooking, and multi tasking. And in the middle of a dinner rush he was able to even check to see how our food was. These burgers were top notch quality cooked to perfection. My son and I had the best experience. So now anytime we are eating burgers, we are coming to Shake Shack in Alpharetta.“

My one piece of feedback is this — don’t be condescending to your customers when they have a complaint or a problem. We encountered this tonight (12/23/2023) with the manager on duty when our order was messed up. The burgers were made correctly but plated incorrectly and we received a wrong side item. My boyfriend went to get it figured out because, being our first time there, at first glance we didn’t know what was what, and the manager talked to him like he was a child. He was so condescending and rude. I was raised in and have worked in restaurants. This is absolutely no way to talk to a customer if you want them to come back.“

What really stood out to me was the icing. It's not your average powdered sugar and milk glaze -- you can tell it has cream cheese in it, which gives it a richer, smoother texture and just the right amount of tang to balance the sweetness. The whole thing felt thoughtful and elevated...this ain't no Krispy Kreme donut. Highly recommend stopping in if you're a donut lover or just want to try a new cute cafe-style restaurant in the area. It will quickly become your favorite spot! I left with a half dozen to bring home to the family.
