Last night, my mom and I stopped by here before checking into our hotel, just to relax a bit before her big surgery. I usually don't go to Cholos, but I'm so glad I did this time! Our server Nevada was incredibly kind, patient, and warm, making us feel right at home. Juan truly went above and beyond, always checking to see if we were okay and bringing such a friendly, inviting vibe. Thank you both for turning a nervous night into a calm and enjoyable experience.
This was my first time dining at this Chili's location and the service was phenomenal. Every employee was incredibly friendly and attentive. I had an amazing time there, and will absolutely be coming back.
Wonderful experience! Our waitress was very kind and attentive, and the gentleman who greeted us and checked on the tables throughout our visit was hilarious and had such a great personality. The food was excellent, and everything from the service to the atmosphere made for a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!
