“I want to thank the Johns Creek Egg Harbor Cafe for a great luncheon experience yesterday! Justin and Ramsey helped me set up a reservation for 24 of my friends. All the arrangements went very smoothly. Alley was our AMAZING waitress! She was obviously used to taking care of large groups. Alley was super organized and anticipated our every possible need and did it all with a smile and a caring attitude! The food was great. We would definitely come back again! Thank you! ❤️❤️“

“THE SWEETEST little (older) lady was working the counter mid day on Monday, 12/8. She was very friendly, made and held eye contact as if she was truly listening and she had an authentic and personable smile. It was as if she was very happy to be taking and serving my single order of crinkle-cut fries! Young people take note. She was accustomed to actual human interaction, and seemed herself to be a lovely human being. Arby’s, it’s in your best interest to keep her. I don’t usually eat at Arby’s. I only walked in because my car was getting tires next door, it was mid-day, and I was a little hungry. SHE made me want to return. I heard her tell the kitchen crinkle-cut, but my bag had curly fries when it arrived. I told her, she smiled took it, and dealt with the kitchen (they had to cook up some crinkle cut), then delivered my correct fries to the dining room. Her eager to please customer service was SO REFRESHING. Like I said, it’s in your best interest to keep her. She’s great. And she should be your standard.“

“I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s in Johns Creek. Jayla David was very helpful and provided amazing service from start to finish. She was extremely kind, respectful, generous and responsive. The sandwich I got was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s — fresh, made perfectly, and to my liking. The customer service really stood out and made the visit even better. I will definitely be coming back!“

“This is our go to papa johns. They are always quick and friendly and in a very convenient location. There was a bit of a wait this evening but the owner/manger apologized deeply and even comped some food. I didn't ask or expect it. Those gestures went a long way because customer service seems to be no existent these days. Thank you for great service. I will be back again and again.“
