I love food it was awesome
This Johns Creek location is one of the best Whataburger locations in Georgia. Me and my family make it a weekend duty to visit just for great food and memories . The staff is amazing and extremely professional. I was Shocked when the manager remembered my kids name.

This Whataburger location in Johns Creek is known for its great food and friendly staff. Many customers appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the employees, with some mentioning that staff members like Sugg and Ari provide exceptional service. The restaurant offers popular meals such as the Whataburger Jr meal and burgers, which are enjoyed for their delicious taste. Customers often highlight the quick service and respectful treatment they receive, making each visit pleasant. The manager is also recognized for being nice and remembering customers' children’s names, adding a personal touch to the experience.
However, there are some concerns about organization and cleanliness. Some reviews mention that the staff can be unorganized, with issues like full trash cans, unclean soda and tea counters, and empty napkin holders. A few customers noted that some orders are made incorrectly, suggesting a need for better employee training. The layout of the restaurant, which used to be a bank, was described as small and somewhat awkward, with some feeling that the order kiosks and layout are less appealing than traditional fast food setups. Despite these issues, many still enjoy the food and the welcoming atmosphere, and some customers plan to return regularly. Overall, it’s a place appreciated for its food quality and friendly service, though improvements in organization could enhance the experience.
