My son and I dined here together. He ordered jollof, mackerel, and plantains. I stuck with my tried and true go-to egusi, fufu, and plantains. Absolutely delicious and satisfying! “Sam and Lucy were very nice folks. A nice husband and wife ran establishment that really knows how to make authentic Kenyan food. The dried fried tilapia was amazing and easily was the best I've ever had. Super nice atmosphere and decent prices. The fried potatoes were also great! Everything we had here was amazing. If you come and like fish - don't be afraid to try the tilapia just because it has bones in it.“

“Came in for a dessert and left with a feast! Figured out I was hungrier than just dessert and asked for recommendations. Great recommendations and with a brief conversation I was sold. 10-15 minutes later what's sitting in front of me smells delicious. I opened it up to do a quick taste test there and almost sat down to eat the whole thing. Ask for the lemon/ginger liqueur, wild ride of flavors.“

“The owner is very nice, the Star-tender is fun and friendly. The music is a mix of current afro-beats, r&b and rap. The crowd comes after hours, like 3-4am. All seating is like a VIP section but you don't have to pay for it. I enjoy myself every time I go.“

“I ordered Eru & fufu, okra soup and Jollof rice. The eru was so good ? , I enjoyed the jollof rice & goat meat.My only complaint will be the okra that didn’t tasted fresh. They gave me a bowl of pepper & tomatoes mixed on the side to go with all my dishes. I recommend and definitely will be going back.“
