Despite occasional hiccups like system malfunctions, the staff is generally accommodating and efficient. The restaurant handles large groups well, moving them through the line quickly. The food is consistently great, with outdoor seating available. However, some staff members may be rude, as one customer experienced when they received the wrong order and encountered unprofessional behavior. One employee was unfriendly and scraped the bottom of the pan for meat, leaving little in the meal. Additionally, there have been complaints about the service, such as difficulty in obtaining chips for guacamole. Despite these issues, Chipotle Mexican Grill remains a popular choice for delicious Mexican-inspired meals, with many customers appreciating the fresh food and smiling faces during their visits.
