Wow! I am so sorry! This review was for cracker barrel next to you, not O'Charleys! You all had excellent service and food! After Cracker Barrels rude service, we went to your location and it was very delightful!
We picked up curbside, which was running 15 minutes later than our scheduled time, but the young lady who was on that position was overwhelmed with orders & getting no help. We ordered the Honey Chicken Family meal which was absolutely delicious & at a great price.

Food was great, drinks were great, service was great BUT WHERES THE TENNESSEE VOLS FLAG ? Every SEC Team flag is displayed..All but Tennessee .. Get a gaudy orange UT flag up & i'll give you 10 stars..
