Italian beef dipped and polish!!
Food tastes just like back at home, I don’t see anyone’s reason to complain besides the wait being long & that’s literally at every Portillos. Keep in mind, Atl has one so just be patient. I’m happy this location is open. The food was GREAT
This place stays busy. Seating goes quickly. The intercom system needs to be put all around so you can here your number being called. Food wasn't hot hot but still enjoyable. It definitely took me back to my years living in Illinois.

During soft and grand openings, the restaurant was busy, with long lines and a lively, chaotic environment that signals success. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service despite the crowds. The menu features popular items like Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, burgers, chicken tenders, and crispy fries, all of which received high praise. Although some favorites like the beef and cheddar croissant are not yet available, the overall food quality remains excellent. Open from around 10 AM to late, Portillo's is a great new addition for those craving classic Chicago-style fast food and looking for a vibrant dining experience.
