Just went through the Drive Through and the guy at the window holds the card reader where you can’t see it and tells you to JUST press the F3 and the green button. I didn’t realize until after he closed the window that F3 was a 10% tip. I asked him when he came back to window if he tells all the Customers what to tip him and he said he wasn’t dealing with this he had other customers to wait on and closed the window. Food is good. Hardworking crew! Downside: wouldn’t take my $50.00 bill to pay. Was told that corporate policy wouldn’t allow it. I asked that they put up a sign stating that. Once again I was told that corporate wouldn’t allow it. I had just went to the bank and the atm gave me $50s. Called corporate (DYNE Hospitality Group), waiting on district manager to call.
