Being from the Gulf Coast of AL I will say their fish and shrimp that was ordered at our table surpassed our tastebuds. I had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo and omg I have never had it as good as they have it.”

“We read some of the recent reviews so we were skeptical. I can gladly say that we were pleasantly surprised. There was a good selection and the food was a good temperature. The server was courteous and attendant. The price was $56 for two adults and two children. There was no required tip (of coarse we did). Everything looked clean. A nice buffet!”

Ordering was easy, prices were great and they helped me accommodate vegetarian family members. Food was excellent and so easy to serve. Entrees, sides, desserts, I got it all and was able to enjoy the event too. Three types of chicken salad, gouda pimento cheese, vegetable lasagna, hash brown casserole, coconut cake, strawberry cake, chicken enchiladas, roasted vegetables, beef stroganoff, baked spaghetti, and zipper peas. All of it was great and looked good in the chafing dishes that they also handle. Very little food was wasted, even the kids cleaned their plates! FIVE STARS!”

She tried the crab cluster, the swai fish (which normally she would never eat), had the shrimp, hush puppies, coleslaw, fries, and house lemonade. She was saying how good everything was. We went back to get my dad a shrimp plate. My dad is a VERY picky eater. He LOVED his shrimp plate and ate all of it. “Me and my dad go grocery shopping every Saturday and we always have lunch before. We’ve had a lot of pretty decent food, but BBQ is the one we’ve had trouble with. We enjoyed Country’s, but since the new management the food and quality of it have dropped. They also have bad quality control, the Brunswick stew is always cold, pork is burnt etc. We really enjoyed country’s up until the new management, and we’d been looking for a better BBQ place. We decided yesterday to give Roger’s a shot because neither of us have had it in many years. Needless to say we were very satisfied. The food was great, the operations manager was extremely welcoming and kind. The music wasn’t very loud at all. Overall I had a very very good experience. If you’re someone who is reading this and considering trying Roger’s Bar-B-Que, do it. You will not regret it”

“My younger child absolutely loves GW, my 16 y.o. is aging out of it. We haven't ever had any issues that haven't been satisfactorily resolved. My only complaints/recommendations are that once the chairs and tables are taken in the water park you're out of luck, as people pretty much camp for the day, and the water park not opening until 10am on weekdays (including weekday holidays) is insane! There's nothing for a hotel full of kids to do until 9am on those days when the few other indoor attractions open. it was a zoo 🥴”
