About Nola on Main

Nola on Main is a vibrant downtown eatery in LaGrange that brings the authentic flavors and spirit of New Orleans to West Georgia. This lively spot offers a festive, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel like the Big Easy. The menu features flavorful shrimp and grits, spicy jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, crispy po'boys, and warm powdered beignets. Other dishes include catfish bites, chicken étouffée, Cajun Alfredo Pasta with chicken and andouille sausage, and chicken and sausage over creamy grits. The beignets, including sea salted caramel beignets, are described as melt in your mouth. Service is friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions, with staff going above and beyond, even staying open to accommodate a group of 13 traveling from afar for a celebration. Guests feel right at home and recommend making a reservation. While the food is decent and the atmosphere awesome, one guest found the cocktail menu limited and the drinks disappointing, advising that bartenders need to learn to make cocktails the proper way. Overall, Nola on Main delivers authentic Louisiana-inspired food and genuine Southern hospitality.

We had a fabulous experience starting with the catfish bites-delicious! Our entrees were chicken étouffée and shrimp and grits and the presentation certainly matched the taste- excellent!! Everyone was so friendly and happy to answer any questions. Our evening ended with the owner bringing up beignets on the house, 5 star service right here in LaGrange! We will be back!

We had brunch there (they only serve brunch on Sundays), and we’ll definitely come back for the shrimp grits and other dishes!
