He made sure our table was clean as soon as we were done, and our cups stayed full! He did all this great service, while wearing an orthopedic boot. “This was my daughter and I second time eating here. Being away from home (New Orleans) we’ve missed out good ole seafood. It’s been really hard finding a place to match our taste buds,lol. But AGAIN! They did NOT fail! The seafood boil is amazing. Lobster tail was a really nice size (unlike other places), and the seasoning was AWESOME. The staff were nice and made sure we were good. This New Orleans girl HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be back. Forgot to take photos ……that’s how good it was. Haha!“

“I appreciate secure Uber eats packaging tamper proof. The fish was fresh. I appreciate that Home fried soft like grandma, That’s great. For $13 with fries it’s a pretty good deal. Hush puppies were fair. I needed lemon and cocktail sauce. Didn’t want to pay extra for cocktail sauce. My plate came with a creamy tartar sauce. I desired more fish and green vegetable options on their menu. No vegetables in South Atl food desert. I chose catfish of the options presented. I’m thinking a fresh fish place should have snapper, grouper And some other fresh fish/whole fish. potatoes were great and coleslaw was decent as I appreciate the quantity of everything. It was delivered fast. I could order from this place again and get the same thing but I want to try more fresh fish options,(grilled fish also) different than tilapia, etc.. and some quality vegetables other than broccoli. I could see a four star given for those reasons but because my fish, which is the main item, was fresh tasting/good old-school fried and perfect seasoning with the fries and the price was great. I think a five star for what I ordered is deserving.“

“I eat here about twice a week. The food is really good and super affordable. They give you great portions and the food is well seasoned. My only complaint is they never ever give me the sassy sauce that I pay for. I order through uber eats with them a lot because it’s far from my house. I always pay for 2 extra sassy sauces because I like it on my fish and my fries and they refuse to package it. They only give me multiple packs of target sauce which is a complete waste because I don’t eat tartar sauce. So I just throw it away everytime. They really owe me about 10 sassy sauces from all the times I’ve ordered and they never put it in the bag. But aside from this, I love their food. I’ve had it 3 times this week already because I don’t feel like cooking.“

“Fast, friendly service. I was instantly acknowledged and greeted with a smile when I walked in. This was my first time here so I was given time to glance at the menu and ordered the chicken and waffles with egg. “The snapper is the shit!! I mean their other fish is good too. I've had the catfish, founder and a few other things. Crab bites are ok for imitation. Their okra is hit or miss. Other locations have better okra than this one. But be prepared, as all JJ's, this is definitely in the hood! I mean where else do you expect to get good fish or soul food from?“

“I love the catfish and puff-puff (hushpuppies) here! My last visit what’s disappointing. I order catfish as I usually do and when I got in my car and was traveling back to Athens with my mindset on eating some good ole catfish I was disappointed because it wasn’t catfish. It was some other type of fish that did not satisfied, My taste buds. It was my fault. I should have looked before I left.“

“Buffet had a pretty good selection of seafood and Chinese, sushi and desserts, plus some American comfort foods. There is something to please everyone in your family/group and the food was good, too. I will def come back.
