“The food I always fresh and hot. Very good on majority of the things I order. The only thing I’m not to crazy about is the catfish fillets. Only because they have the after taste that doesn’t leave a good taste behind. I know catfish is the most commonly fish that’s usually unwanted. Simply because of the slimy texture under the crust when fried, and stringy-ness. The strongest smelling fish as well. But I have came across a couple of seafood restaurants that fry catfish, and it doesn’t have that aftertaste, surprisingly not slimy texture either. But over all I like all their other foods. Especially their Swai fish. Not many restaurants serve Swai fish.“

“Dominique' was very nice place to meet my BFF for a birthday drink. The food and service was very good. I wish they would have had some jazz music playing in the background for a better atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dominique's. I plan to go on a Friday night when they have a jazz artist performing there.“

The customer service and atmosphere was very welcoming and laid back.

“Not sure how this place has a 3.5 rating, unless the food taste is inconsistent. Best oxtail I’ve had in years. I visited from out of town and had the goat soup, chicken roti and oxtail rice and peas and cabbage. Everything was delicious. If you’re looking at reviews, disregard that rating because my experience was not a 3.5 experience.“

“Aesthetically, the restaurant is excellent. However, the service and food leaves much to be desired. After arriving early for a 1pm reservations, we were promptly seated. Then, it went all down hill. We ordered cocktails and food at 1:30pm with the cocktails arriving at 2pm and the food at 2:45pm. Not to mention the bartender called in sick, so only mimosas and simple drinks could be made. It's a beautiful atmosphere...for pictures!“

“This was my daughter and I second time eating here. Being away from home (New Orleans) we’ve missed out good ole seafood. It’s been really hard finding a place to match our taste buds,lol. But AGAIN! They did NOT fail! The seafood boil is amazing. Lobster tail was a really nice size (unlike other places), and the seasoning was AWESOME. The staff were nice and made sure we were good. This New Orleans girl HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We will definitely be back. Forgot to take photos ……that’s how good it was. Haha!“

“I’ve come multiple times and it never disappoints. Keep in mind the menu changes with the seasons. I had the Breaker Breaker bowl with Blackened Grouper. The fish was a touch over cooked so by the end it was too tough. Too many pepitas in my bowl for my liking but otherwise I loved it!! I need the recipe for the coconut rice!! All of the bartenders are great!!“

“Our experience was disappointing due to the service we received from our waitress, Jay. I had a family member visiting from out of town and had told them amazing things about this restaurant, so for this to be their experience was especially disappointing. It took about 10 minutes for her to come to our table, and she did not introduce herself. I had to ask her name. While she was in the middle of taking our order, she interrupted us to confirm the order with the couple next to us, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. When the food came out, my order was wrong. I sent it back and told her I did not want anything anymore. I had also ordered a Sprite that I never received, but it was still left on the check. On top of that, her overall disposition was poor, she was not attentive, and she never came back to check on us. Overall, the service was bad and made what should have been a simple meal a frustrating experience.“

“I came here last month and tonight for Trivia Nights.
Very fun atmosphere and the drink I ordered both times (Fancy Cuz I Said So) was great both times I visited. From my last visit, I ordered and enjoyed the pulled pork tacos with fries.

“Food is always fresh to order and well seasoned. All the staff are super nice and will answer all questions. Restaurant is always clean and well maintained. There are fresh vegetables you can purchase in large fridges along with drinks, etc. you can also purchase frozen seafood from large freezers they have as well. Upon getting my total… the math wasn’t mathing by an extra $6+. I’ve been coming here for years but recent they now charge a 3% credit card transaction fee. Typically places pass along the cost by adjusting their prices but this, it’s another way to pass along your costs to your customers. This will make be think twice about coming so I’ll be looking for another seafood spot sadly. Just be prepared to pay the transaction fee that was not automatic which can add up on large orders, even small even your hard earned dollars are spent.“

“I dined in for the first time and everything was immaculate! From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was top notch. My server, Marcel was amazing. He made suggestions, checked on me to make sure I had all I needed and was very personable. The lady, whom I assumed was the manager, kept checking to make sure that everything was to my liking. I ordered the lamb chops with shrimp, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach and it was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant based on my experience.“

“My husband and I dined here for our anniversary and it was lovely. We had the lobster fritters and salt & pepper shrimp for our apps. Both were so flavorful! Then we had the 12 ounce wagyu strip and the 20 ounce ribeye with creamed corn and truffle fries for our sides - extremely delicious! And yes, we ate well 😊. “The owners and their family are always helpful, super courteous. The food is always good and sizing depends on what you order. It may be pricey for some but just think you didn't have to cookbooks clean it, wish it were closer to my house. I stick to the crabs when ordering and have gotten them both clean and whole. There is no seating and be prepared to wait in your car. The ordering process can seem a bit sketch but it os not just follow instructions.“
