I visited the restaurant today and the only thing I need to say is you need your workers to be with hair nets when I got home you all were closed but I had hair in my food so I threw it away

JJ Fish & Chicken on Candler Road is a must try. The food is hot, fresh, affordable, and delicious. Many find the portion size generous and worth the price, with a great price and portion ratio. Specific meals like the fish combo, the 3 piece perch and whiting fish with fries, the 3 fish and 3 tenders meal, and the fish, oyster, and okra dinner plate are highlighted. The fish is often fried perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and seasoned well. The chicken tenders are delicious, and the fried okra is a standout, lightly battered and crunchy. The oysters are golden and juicy.
The customer service is great and top tier. They have a great system to get you in and out even when it is busy, though the wait can be longer later in the evening. The atmosphere is described as the kind of Southern-style plate that hits every craving. Everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. It is definitely worth the trip and not a disappointment. Many customers plan to stop again or will definitely be back.
