“I accidentally ordered my ice coffee wrong on the app. The employee simoly said ok. Fixed it and gave it to me with a smile. Didnt accept the price upgrade. I just eant to say thank you. I didnt catch her name
Place was clean very busy but that drive thru was moving. I eas very impressed.“

“I dropped my iced coffee when I walked out the door and when I went back inside the two ladies working didn’t even hesitate to remake it for me for free! I was willing to buy another one since it was my fault for dropping it, but they just asked what it was and remade it on the spot. Excellent service!“

“I wanted to drop in some praise for this Dunkin’ Donuts location for consistently honoring my requests. I always ask for my breakfast sandwich to be extra toasted like almost burnt and even when they are busy, they make my sandwich how I like it. I know for many Dunkin’ Donuts this is an annoying request so I appreciate it. Thank you“

“I stopped by with my daughter to enjoy some hot drinks and donuts. The place was very clean and all workers were very nice.
We sat down to enjoy our food, but then we tipped over a cup of hot chocolate. All employees were very polite and understanding and they gave us another cup free of charge.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
