Dunkin' Donuts in Buford

“I just wanted to stop and take a moment to show my appreciation for the staff at this location. Pictured is my turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. I will be the first to admit that I am extremely picky about my order. I am a “send it back” kind of person because I feel like prices are so high nowadays that we deserve to get our food cooked with high standards. This Dunkin location delivers every single time- I ask for my sandwich extra toasted, almost burnt without being burnt (yes pretty specific). They never give me an attitude. They’re always polite and my sandwich hits every single time! I also get my kids egg and cheese wake up wraps: where other locations give them to me barely warmed up, this location takes the time to really cook the food all the way through. thank you so much!!!!!!“

“Update on 9.26: my beloved dunkin is back to being my favorite part of Saturday mornings 😄 The service was friendly and helpful, and I was served quickly as usual. Great work, everyone!

Today on 09.19 at 7:40 am we waited ten minutes with one person in front of us sitting at the box. Then a large black truck drove in front of the person at the box, skipping the line, and got served at the window. We then finally pulled up to the box only to be asked to wait for another 5 minutes. We drove off without our coffee at that point. If this dunkin is understaffing please give your employees more hours. They clearly need it and so do we.
I always go here because I usually love the service. However the shift recently is noted and I would love to edit this review when I see the standard shift back.“

“I decided to do a review today. Because I had the best. I mean, the best service through the drive through this morning, and it really made my day. I am on the way to the lake, but I've decided I would talk to text to let you know. You did a great job hiring the gentleman who was at the drive through at 10:17 AM on. Let's see. I think it's September 4th, the Saturday. Before Labor Day.
He was so kind and had the best manners

Have not had good service like that in years he. Was so pleasant that although I am running late and my house flooded last night. He still made me smile. So you're doing something right with that hire, and I hope you treat him well. And look at him to move up, becomes he's worth it. Side note, my food was actually good too. Which isn't always the case at Dunkin'? So I'm very happy and my iced coffee is just how I like it. I totally recommend checking out this Dunkin'. Donuts, and don't forget to tip. Especially when you get great service like that. I am very sorry to anyone reading this. That is having a hard time. My talk to text does not know me well yet. I just got a new phone.“
