Dunkin' Donuts in Cumming

“I’ve been going to this dunkin ever since opening, every visit is a satisfying experience. Jorge always takes good care of me with a great attitude and has attention to every detail. Tops any other Dunkin I’ve been to. Thank you Jorge!“

“As a barista myself, I know how tough it is to handle a crowd with only two people. The team here at this Dunkin’ didn’t slow down for a second. They stayed kind, patient, and focused the whole time. Their work ethic deserves real appreciation. Thank you both for keeping the store running and taking care of everyone so well.“

“I absolutely enjoy coming to this location. The woman at the window, whose name is Clarissa, is extremely professional, sweet and personable that this location has become one of my favorites. Highly recommend anyone that needs their jumpstart to come here“

“This review goes out to the manager who worked here during 2024 (not sure if the manager is still the same).

I picked up several mobile orders and the manager was extremely kind. He did a great job of keeping things positive and was very attentive! Great customer service!!“

“This is by far the best dunkin in the area. I actually pass the one on the corner of 141 & Castleberry to come to this one. The coffee is always made with love and correct. The service is always fantastic. So glad they have electronic tipping now bc I never have cash. Thank you guys!“

“I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!“

“I visited this Friday to grab a cup of coffee after a horrible day at work and the workers there were just the sweetest little things! Big shoutout to Amaya and Tania for handling my order smoothly and efficiently. Definitely coming back to visit!“

“This Dunkin’ location is the BEST! The food is always delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel special. We came in for my daughter’s birthday, and she got to pick a donut. He was absolutely hilarious — he sang Happy Birthday, cracked jokes, and made her day so memorable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. We love coming here and will definitely keep coming back!“
