I picked up several mobile orders and the manager was extremely kind. He did a great job of keeping things positive and was very attentive! Great customer service!!“

“As a barista myself, I know how tough it is to handle a crowd with only two people. The team here at this Dunkin’ didn’t slow down for a second. That said, the service is more of a 4/5—generally fine, but not always consistent depending on how busy it is. When the team is on point, everything runs smoothly; other times it can feel a little rushed.

Overall, it’s still a dependable local Dunkin’ for your routine coffee run, just with occasional off moments in customer service.“

“I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!“

“This Dunkin’ location is the BEST! The food is always delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel special. We came in for my daughter’s birthday, and she got to pick a donut. He was absolutely hilarious — he sang Happy Birthday, cracked jokes, and made her day so memorable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. We love coming here and will definitely keep coming back!“
