“My son wanted a chocolate donut with regular sprinkles. Today they had chocolate donuts with heart sprinkles. He refused to eat it and wanted regular sprinkles. I went inside to ask if they had a regular sprinkle donut and they stated no only heart sprinkles. A young lady named Pine came to the rescue, took a regular glazed donut and made it with regular sprinkles. She understood how picky my child was being and went above and beyond to help me. “Man you wouldn't believe the service at this location Cheryl and Erica are 2 of the best mangers I have every seen I eat in alot and I am just amazed they know right where to be they move from mobile to drinks to cook on top of taking order and they build a amazing crew you can see how well they all work together you can hear the little jokes at laughter between all of them some times soooooo amazing. “This is by far the best dunkin in the area. I actually pass the one on the corner of 141 & Castleberry to come to this one. The coffee is always made with love and correct. The service is always fantastic. So glad they have electronic tipping now bc I never have cash. Thank you guys!“

“This Dunkin’ in Cumming is a super convenient stop for a quick coffee and something to snack on. Orders are usually fast, and it’s an easy in-and-out when you’re on the go.

That said, the service is more of a 4/5—generally fine, but not always consistent depending on how busy it is. When the team is on point, everything runs smoothly; other times it can feel a little rushed.

Overall, it’s still a dependable local Dunkin’ for your routine coffee run, just with occasional off moments in customer service.“

I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! “I’m from out of town so I found it to be a hoot that they had a sign like the one in my photo…Donuts looked old so I didn’t get any. We had breakfast sandwiches though and they were good stuff!They also have really nice merchandise for sale. I thought about it, but I have so many cups back home.“
