Dunkin' Donuts in Roswell

“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and it is largely because of the staff. They are so friendly and kind and that can make such a difference! It is a very clean and inviting store and I actually look forward to going there every morning! I know Yashica by name as she is always happy, sweet and hustling to get orders filled! This location is top notch in every way and the customer service is exceptional. There is nothing better than a fresh cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee!“

“I ordered inside and there wasn’t much of a wait. I love Dunkin and it was my first time trying this one and my order came out perfect and tasted SO good. Points for making my drink look pretty too. The employee that took my order and made my drink was very polite and had a positive attitude.“

“I absolutely love this location. I go here on bad days, on good days, and some in between. I was having a terrible day because everything just happened to go wrong. The barista picked up on it and handed me a drink and said “I hope your day gets better.” This meant so much to me. That made my day better. They really try to form a connection with their customers. Another time I came through the drive thru happy as can be, and the barista saw something in my car and said “hey I have some of those too! How cool!” and it is so so nice to feel noticed. At a lot of other places I just feel like a customer that is the next person in line, here I feel like a customer that they’re happy to see. I’ve never seen a better run dunkin. (No pun intended). Finding a place where workers seem genuinely happy is hard to find, I’m so glad that I moved here and found my happy place.“

“When me and my friends arrived in this Dunkin every donut and sandwich was delicious and made perfectly. Their staff was very very friendly and paid attention to detail. I mostly liked their lattes and frozen drinks. Would come back again soon !“
