Everyone was so kind and patient, which I really appreciated. My Wicked Matcha was delicious as always, and the chocolate munchkins were the perfect little treat. “Friendly and accommodating at the drive thru. Went looking for a “bucket of coffee” but that was no longer available. I didn’t catch his name but the guy taking my order said he had something better for me and I got this latte in a pineapple. There was nobody else in line so we chatted and took pics 🍍😎“
“I have been coming here for years to get my students donuts on their AP test day. I call ahead or pop in a few days early to order and prepay. I can see the atmosphere has changed.
There was nothing horribly wrong before, but it’s the little things. My order was done when I got there instead of waiting for it to be filled. They helped me walk the numerous bags to my car. They were laughing and smiling when I walked in. They were working quickly, but their attitude was laid back and kind. They knew my name from my order and said a personalized hello. Little things add up. I am happy with the service today.“
