I think I would come here for lunch even if I didn’t have to come to the courthouse. Chicken tender wrap - $7. And they don’t do frozen. It’s literally hand breaded and fresh fried chicken breast. Made right in front of you. Same thing with everything in there - made fresh that day, with super nice people for a price that’s super reasonable for the ingredients they use. Best cafe around town. I work across the street and have been eating here forever. The chef’s special is a great deal for under $10 (see photos for how much food they give you!), very high quality, and with Jittery Joe’s coffee. Not to mention the staff is very professional, accommodating, and their kindness makes the place feel like a small town cafe. Worth going through the metal detectors!
I had jury duty recently and got there early enough to eat breakfast at the café. The pancakes & bacon was delicious and made fresh at the time of the order.
