“We hardly ever hear about or read very many positive reviews. Usually it's the negative experiences we have with restaurants, convenient stores, retail stores, etc. that we always hear about. Wherever there is some level of customer service involved.So I want to give a huge shout out to the guys working at this Waffle House location. One was the cook, one was the waiter, but they both helped each other with the customers. They were both super friendly and helpful. We've come to expect folks to be rude, have attitudes and just all around be hateful and dismissive so it was such a welcome change to have this experience tonight.So to the guys working tonight about 7-7:30 pm when I was there, if you read this review, thank you so much for the friendly, welcoming experience. “I love this place and go here often. The food is wonderful and fresh. My only complaint is they never get my order correct… never!!! I’m either missing something or they get it completely wrong. I mainly order the snack combo, with extra slaw and US tea. Today they forgot my slaw, once I told them I had to wait 5 more mins to get it and my US tea was sweet tea. Very frustrating.“
“Took my mom here last night at 6:20 we placed our food and drink order. I asked if we could have our cups for our drinks and she said we would have to order drinks it doesn’t come with the meal! We did but she heard what she wanted to hear. I go around the corner to get us some tea and there is not any so I go the front and ask for Tea, she takes our cups and then tells me that they have already poured the tea out for the night. Then she says she’s not sure why they did that. When we get ready to leave the trash bins are already pulled out too with no bags. It’s only 6:20 why start pulling out and pouring stuff out and you don’t close till 8?!“
“Always enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A. I've never had a bad experience or even had to wait long. The line moves pretty quickly for a Saturday morning. I haven't been inside so I can't speak on the interior but would assume it's fine. I also enjoy the free rewards and additional points I receive from time to time.“
“Today's visit was a little disappointing because my fries wasn't fresh, I only received two napkins in one of my bags. So we had 1 napkin per meal....not nearly enough. Usually service at this restaurant is superb but here lately...my fries hasn't been fresh. I'll continue patronizing them bc they are always professional and kind...in the future I'll just ask for fresh fries and extra napkins.“
