Clean place, good food and good service. Management in this location in Albany,Ga is outstanding.
The young girl in the front is not welcoming at all she is very nonchalant and acts as if she does not want to be there I love the food in general but she is not meant for the front counter cashier!
I wanted something that wasn't too heavy since it was getting late to have dinner, so i decided to go with Chicken Salad Chick. Best decision made! I got the buffalo chicken salad, and boy, was it delicious 😋. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Chicken Salad Chick is a unique eatery offering a variety of flavors and options. While the food is generally good, some customers have experienced issues with service and quality. Orders can take a while to prepare, and staff can be kind but sometimes misunderstand requests. The restaurant's cleanliness and organization have also been questioned, with trash bins being pulled out too early and drinks not being available. Additionally, some salads have been served with wilting lettuce, despite requests to check for freshness. Despite these issues, Chicken Salad Chick remains a popular spot, with many customers enjoying their meals and appreciating the variety of options available.
