Host Phil greeted me like an old friend, instantly recalling my name and my usual meatball sub on wheat bread before I could even speak. That level of genuine care blew me away—it's the kind of service you expect from a five-star restaurant, not a sub shop. The food? Absolutely top-notch, hands down the best subs in the area. “This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“
