I didn’t get to snap a pic of my food bc I ate it all before I remembered to, it was delicious! I ordered ahead and it was ready quickly and on time, and everything was packaged correctly to keep my food hot. All of the food tasted fresh down to the cheese! And the prices are very affordable, you get a lot of food for a great price. Love this place!!“

“There’s nothing like going to a restaurant that you’ve never been to before in your life, and when you walk in, they treat you like royalty! They’re happy to see you! Smiling faces they treat you like they’ve known you all your life❣️ this is the best IHOP I’ve ever been to in my life. I say that a lot but every time I go somewhere they get better and better. He gave me a drink to go on the way home and everything I asked for it was with a smile yes or yes, sir thank you sir. So I gave them 30% tip. And if you go anywhere else, but IHOP in that area you’re missing out on great service. Take it from a person who only eats away from the house, I ain’t got time to cook. I let other people cook and then I share my money with them in a form of a tip! Cause that’s my way of saying, thanks for being such a good person, and looking out for me. “Decided to stop by, as this is one of my neighborhood go-to breakfast places. This is the second location after the Candler Rd. location. The staff works hard to get your order out fast. I appreciate the bigger proportions served, yet the prices are still reasonable! This location is moreso for takeout only, so know that in advance. I got the French toast plate, with breakfast potatoes, eggs, and bacon. Everything was good, but the French toast was a little soggy, so I put it in the air fryer once I got home. Everything was hot & fresh though. Always a solid option.“

“Some people don't understand when you get takeout, the food will get cold before arriving at their destination. Especially if your destination is far from the Waffle House. I don't have that issue. And I'm less than 5 miles from my destination.

And if someone is driving far to get their food, that has to be in consideration too. The containers that they have the food in and the plastic bag can only hold for enough time. And if someone's not getting their food quickly, because it's a personal life thing/situation, good or bad, this on the customer,

Some people don't know you can order online and then, pick up your food.

Some people don't understand that time on Wednesday mornings is their busiest time. When the customer arrives, there's a shift change. And that the cook and server are by themselves until the next server comes.

The food is great. All of the staff are nice. They are very accommodating to my needs. It's one of the friendliest spots I come to when I can.

And you want any eggs with your meal, there's a 50¢ upcharge. That's still more affordable than going to any restaurants around here. You know who they are.

“It was Waffle House, so you pretty much know what you're getting. The food was a little off what it usually tastes like. I think the cook was new.It was fairly clean. Nothing to complain about. And the service was great, like it normally is.“

“It has been a while since I had been there. It was a Wednesday evening and the place was not busy. The restaurant was neat and clean. Our waitress was Paula was very nice. She brought the menus instantly. Gave us time to look and got drinks. We ordered from the 55+ menu. We had the 2+2+2 item. This consisted of bacon or sausage, egg, and pancakes. We requested the syrup warmed up and she promptly warmed it. The food was delicious. Everything tasted like it was just cooked. Total for meal for 2 about $22 with. Tip. We had water to drink.“

“After leaving The plasma facility this afternoon me and my fiance decided to eat here before heading home - food was delicious - and Ben our server was very attentive - upon paying for our meal I passed out and was awoken by my fiance and ben - God put people in your life at the right time ?? - He made sure I was ok - Made sure I didn't need ambulance help and was fine to walk out to door on my own - provided me with cool towels and cold water - Keep me alert and reassuring me that I was going to be alright

“I walked out of the Waffle House at 1100 NorTec Dr. because I sat there for ten minutes without being acknowledged while people that can in after me were served. I was the only person at the counter; hard to explain why I was ignored. Anyway, I drove down the street and I walked into this location and it was totally different. Logan greeted me immediately and as I sat at the counter, she asked for my beverage order. A minute later a fresh, hot cup of coffee arrived and she took my order. Food arrived in just minutes, fresh and tasty. Logan checked on me and my cup of coffee three times while I ate, giving me a refill on the second. She greeted everyone that came in and gave them the same great service. Consistency and care. Hard to come by anymore. Good job, Logan. Keep that attitude and life will open many doors for you!“

The food is always good and I have to admit I have a favorite server (shout out to Sabrina!) who is friendly and always asked about my family. Today, I asked for a specific booth/table combination and they accommodated my request. I appreciate the manager, Jay, always is working alongside his staff! Edited to add Sunday afternoon it wasn't as busy as it was last Saturday.“
