“We stopped here on our way to Virginia, and we were so pleasantly surprised. We ordered the wings and ribs combo that had 10 wings and 3 ribs to split. We chose the “sweet hot” flavor for the wings. The wings were excellent. Being from Memphis, we know our ribs, and we thought the ribs were really good too. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Randy made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and our waitress, Danny, was a sweetheart. When we are traveling in the area, we will be back.“

“Store # 26602 Briniya has outstanding customer service despite full lobby I-rate customers due to drive thru giving out 4 wrong orders. She kept her composer attitude was awesome in between her having to run the register ,clean the lobby and restroom. I watched while I dine-in to eat. To me too much pressure on one person. I must say well done my good and faithful servant. Keep up the good work young lady. Thank you Zaxbys management for hiring Briniya“

“When I first arrived I only waited about 3 minutes in line I was the next in line they were trying to get some orders out asap. And who I imagine was the manager smiled from a distance and asked the front if I was waiting on food or if I needed to make an order showing the desire to keep me served and happy. I appreciate those little gestures of appreciation for customers. Thanks y'all.“

“Chick-fil-A was a fast food restaurant that we visited while driving from Charlotte to Atlanta. One of the reasons that we wanted to stop by was to support what Chick-fil-A stood for. Its Corporate Purpose is:
“To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.“
To this end, since its opening in 1946, Chick-fil-A had remains closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays as he knew what it was like to work seven days a week in restaurants, so he saw the importance of letting his employees set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose to.
We found the Chick-fil-A store to be clean and white. A very inviting fast-food restaurant. Inside, there’s a banner as well as a bench for photo-taking. We also learnt about Chick-fil-A’s story where they started out as a busy diner in South Atlanta in 1946 and coming up with the now-famous Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with a really simple concept – to serve delicious sandwiches using a plump, juicy chicken breast. Along the way, they also innovated by being the first fast food restaurant to be opened in a mall (aka in-mall dining). This is a strange concept for Singaporeans since many diners can be found in shopping malls in Singapore. However, in the US, because of the plentiful space, restaurants are usually housed by themselves with their own parking space – a sight that you can still see today. Hence, the concept to integrate the dining into malls in 1967, was considered a novelty.
Today, Chick-fil-A is one of the largest privately-owned restaurant chains in the US and continues to serve up classics such as the Original Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries as well as the Icedream dessert.
