“There is a reason Chick-fil-A along with Disney, & Ritz Carlton are among the highest in customer service is because of their process and the people they hire. They don't hire just anyone. I pulled up and the line was verry long. But, from ordering to getting my food took under 10 mins. My order was was anice 4 person $50 order. Everything was there with extra napkins and sauces. My grilled chicken sandwich was juicy grilled to perfection. We ordered mac and cheese as sides including my mother. That says a lot especially since she makes a good mac and cheese. That chocolate chuck cookie warm is unbeatable. I paired it with their vanilla ice cream is a sweet tooth cheat code. The new drink is refreshingly great. Chick-fil-A is heaven on earth! I spend more for great service with a smile every time without questioning the receipt.“

The drive-thru is impressively quick, even during busy hours—they have the system down to a science! My order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious. “The food is always fresh. The last time I got the fried chicken,(they have THE best Collard greens from a soulfood restaurant, they are big but still good)not sweet and greasy. Just the perfect amount of seasoning. However, I don’t like the fact that the sweet tea was WAYYY too sweet and they don’t have the option for unsweetened tea.Their cornbread is sweet. I don’t know why ppl don’t serve the old fashioned corn bread like grandma used to make with cornmeal or at least make cornbread Patties. Everyone don’t like jiffy /sweet bread with soul food. Overall they’re still good“

“I've never had a bad experience at chick fil a, but this has to be the best ever experience! Our daughter has a birthday, and our son announced it as we walked in. The staff at the counter and dining area started singing happy birthday to her! They didn't have to do that, but they chose to! Thank you to everyone who sang to my little girl and made her feel special! 🤎“

“I love coming to this Chick-fil-A! Recently, my experience has only gotten better. The team members always seem happy and cheerful while working together and that makes me feel good about eating here! They are always so fast and the food is great! The bad reviews must not understand how the business works, but as someone who has worked at Chick-fil-A in the past, they do everything right! Thank you Chick-fil-A!“

“Chick-fil-A was a fast food restaurant that we visited while driving from Charlotte to Atlanta. One of the reasons that we wanted to stop by was to support what Chick-fil-A stood for. Its Corporate Purpose is:
“To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.“
To this end, since its opening in 1946, Chick-fil-A had remains closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays as he knew what it was like to work seven days a week in restaurants, so he saw the importance of letting his employees set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose to.
We found the Chick-fil-A store to be clean and white. A very inviting fast-food restaurant. Inside, there’s a banner as well as a bench for photo-taking. We also learnt about Chick-fil-A’s story where they started out as a busy diner in South Atlanta in 1946 and coming up with the now-famous Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with a really simple concept – to serve delicious sandwiches using a plump, juicy chicken breast. Along the way, they also innovated by being the first fast food restaurant to be opened in a mall (aka in-mall dining). This is a strange concept for Singaporeans since many diners can be found in shopping malls in Singapore. However, in the US, because of the plentiful space, restaurants are usually housed by themselves with their own parking space – a sight that you can still see today. Hence, the concept to integrate the dining into malls in 1967, was considered a novelty.
Today, Chick-fil-A is one of the largest privately-owned restaurant chains in the US and continues to serve up classics such as the Original Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries as well as the Icedream dessert.
