“Found this spot for a quick meal after I had a facial nearby. The menu seemed fairly good and I wanted to try out the rice bowl. They give decent amount of food and I enjoyed it for the most part. The vibe was chill and the employees Kai and Isaac were a riot lol. Kind of reminds of you Moes or Chipotle in concept. I’d be open to trying them again if I’m in area.“

“I am going to give this place an overall positive rating even though I do have some negative things to say. My family and I went there on a Sunday after church, the day that kids eat free. Naturally, it was pretty busy. There were a lot of younger people working the line and they Al had bad attitudes and pissed off looks on their faces. The manager (idk her name) was busting her tail to make sure that everything was running smoothly and everyone was served quickly. She even had to bring her children and let them sit at a table while she worked. She was so determined to work that she even brought her kids. There are so many people that don’t want to work right now so this woman is amazing and I commend her for it! I will definitely be back there!“

“I have tried this place several times and I love the food. The lady who runs it is also very friendly and easy going.
The tacos are delicious and they offer a good variety of filings.
The sopes are really good also. They are thicker than most places offer and are more homemade size vs the almost flat sopes you get elsewhere. One option for the sope is rajas, which be warned, is spicy. I’ve had just poblanos and cheese before but this one appears to have jalapeño in it maybe? No extra salsa needed.
Speaking of salsa, their red salsa is 🔥🔥. It tastes like chile de árbol. Makes the food just right. If you prefer milder salsa the green one is good too.“

“Right next to the Baymont Hotel is a seafood restaurant called Mis Costas Marisqueria....excellent!!! The service is outstanding. A gentleman comes to the table and explains the menu if its your first time visiting, then brings an appetizer for each. We ordered the white fish with a pineapple sause...excellent. The fish plates are huge so we shared. Perfect night!!!“

“This is our date night place. The food is always good and if there's an issue it's corrected with a smile. I can practice Spanish here, but American English is also spoke here. I highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food.“

“We were in town for a long weekend doing our own little Stranger Things tour. We ate at a few locations in town and will have to say Mesquite was the best by far. It's a lot bigger than it appears, so there is plenty of seating. They have a little bar you can pull up to as well. It is a little aged, not sure how long its been around, but by the looks quite awhile. Service was quick and attentive. I really liked their salsa, really liked it. My wife also got some cheese dip, which she enjoyed. She Got a chicken chimichanga and beef taco. She liked the chili, but said the beef was a little blah. She ordered one of the biggest margaritas I've seen, we were laughing because we thought I would be carrying her out. She said it tasted great, but was a bit on the weak side, she could walk just fine after drinking it. I got the veggie fajitas and thought they were amazing! Few different veggies than other places. Piled high, and seasoned just perfect. Would Highly recommend them. You just need to get some extra wraps. Prices were reasonable as well. Good solid Mexican joint.“

I just moved to Georgia from New York and let me tell you that the flavor from Castillo Real is second to none, we don't have this type of flavor in New York . I really recommend this restaurant if you are in the Mcdonough area.“

“Such a over the top experience for me here with a top shelf margarita and the chips were light and crispy. Just perfect along with the salsa just the right temp. The avocado dip was phenomanol. It was cold so I had their chicken soup which was wholesome and fulfilling. I look forward to coming back! Maybe tomorrow I'll try their shrimp corn chowder ! Sounds exciting!“
